Wellesley, MA - The connection between health and academic achievement has been well documented. The federal mandate on wellness offers an opportunity to enhance that connection by improving school mental health. In addition to nutrition and physical activities, you may choose to include “other wellness activities”. Here are all the wellness components (nine total) recommended in the Massachusetts Coordinated School Health Program.
